We started off the podcast by having her walk us through a guided mediation. It was such a powerful experience.
-She shares her story and how she was able to learn how to gain control over her thoughts.
-She believes when we focus on the present day we can shift our thoughts to manifest our desired dreams
If you want to start the process of mediating she gives us 3 important points.
1. You have to really want to do it
2. Take it slow. Start with 1 minute and over time work your way up. Be consistent with this process
3. Learn how to sit with self and identify those negative thoughts. It is helpful to write them down as you are identifying them.
