In today's episode, I am joined by Priscille, educator and owner of Protect Yo Strands.  You can visit her website shopprotectyostrands.com

She believes in promoting healthy hair, empowerment and creativity.

She shares with us, the importance of having a routine in maintaining healthy hair.  Some ways we can think of doing that is being mindful of what we use to sleep on.  Using a silk or satin bonnet or pillow case can help protect your strands and keep moisture in.

She encourages us to use this time to embrace our hair.  Discover the do's and don't by trying styles and products.  As maintaining and your hair is a part of self care and can help us with our energy and even boost us to feel motivated to do some things we may need to get done

She says, "Protected styles does not mean neglected styles.  We can use a home made deep condition treatment.  Some products you can find in your home to mix together, Egg, aloe vera, mayonnaise and a couple drops of your conditioner in your home.  After washing your hair, allow it to sit under a cap for 15-20 min

Make sure you visit her shop and follow her on social media.
