On todays episode we discussed intimacy during the quarantine.  -

-People who may be with their partner and struggling with creating intimacy with so many changes happening around the world She stresses the need for us to understand the importance of acknowledging that you are struggling give yourself some grace.  She also discusses the importance of opening up your mind around the different types of intimacy. 

We also discussed people who are not in the same household under quarantine.  She gave some really good suggestions on how to continue to build intimacy with your partner even though you can not physically be with each other. 

She ended the broadcast with reminding us

1. Make intentional time with our partner

2. Give yourself some grace, this is a learning curve we are trying to navigate. 

3. Sitting with yourself to figure out what you need.
